Who we are  

Marc became involved in the Real Estate Industry in 1991. Kathy began her Real Estate career in 2000.  Together we have over 30 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in the greater Portland Metropolitan area. Our focus has always been the multi-family market. Over the last 30 years we have been involved in hundreds of multi-family property sales. We have dealt with both buyers and sellers on properties ranging from duplexes to 50 units. The newest member of our team is Rayce Rogers. Rayce is 21 years old and majoring in Business Administration at the University of Oregon. He became a real estate broker in March, 2019

 

EXPERIENCE: Our specific area of expertise is the small to medium apartment market. Marc has an in-depth knowledge of the Portland market, its unique neighborhoods and changing market conditions.  He understands the complexities involved in apartment transactions and has strong negotiation skills.  Kathy’s strengths are financial and investment analysis, property management and marketing.  Our goal is to maximize the benefit to our clients regardless of whether we are representing the Buyer or the Seller.
